Hello, I am a communication designer based in Portland, Oregon—the place with the rain and sneakers. My practice has three main areas of concentration—building brands with design, exploring contemporary digital arts and evolving the discipline through research & writing. I have developed graphics, stories and strategies for Nike, Adidas and Levis. In 1985 I bought a pair of Jordan's and Run-D.M.C.'s, King of Rock. Today, I am wearing a pair of adidas Top Tens while I work on how we experience design.
